Providing assistance and support to store and non-store users regarding issues related to Ariba system.
- Jira tickets solving if in scope of Helpdesk.
- Jira ticket assigning to the right group if out of scope of Helpdesk.
- Effective communication in English with team members and customers.
- Ensuring tickets are handled within agreed timelines.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Computer literate.
- English language knowledge on advanced level.
- Communicative skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Calm and methodical approach.
- experience in Helpdesk or applications support
- technical skills
