We are currently recruiting for global business consulting advisory provider that helps other organizations meet the needs of dynamic business environment.

Senior Associate with DutchMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and commercial objectives.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients, providing expert legal guidance to support business operations.
• Assisting junior team members by reviewing their work, and providing feedback to elevate team performance.
• Managing legal communications, assisting in drafting and negotiating contracts in English and Dutch.
• Focusing on specific contractual elements such as Term, Termination, Payment Terms, Royalties, Indemnification and Governing Law.
• Appling a strong understanding of legal fundamentals to balance risk with commercial practicality.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal principles and procedures, including foundational contract law principles (common law and exceptions).
• Drafting and Negotiating Skills: Skilled in drafting and negotiating with an openness to new ideas and cultural sensitivity.
• Contractual Proficiency: Ability to draft and suggest alternatives for contractual clauses such as Terms, Terminations, Renewals, Payment Terms, Pricing, Purchase Obligations and more.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and the ability to draft and negotiate contracts in Dutch.
