Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:
- Professional selling and care of new and existing customers of our Air & Ocean department
- Strategically develop the business by expanding customer relationships and acquiring profitable new business
- Negotiate contracts‘ terms and conditions
- Monitor market and competition
- Active work in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Cooperate closely with Sales Support Team, Pricing and Operations departments
- Prepare customer-specific requirement profiles
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- A high level of customer relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and initiative
- Proven professional experience of air & sea freight market
- Very good command of English with overall good communication skills
- High customer and service awareness
- Iindependent as well as target- and solution-oriented way of working
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a sales specialist or forwarding
