Be part of an exciting new SSC launch! We’re looking for an experienced RTR Process Leader to build, develope and lead Record to Report operations. This is a unique opportunity to create, optimize, and shape the core of our financial processes.

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of RTR accountants to ensure performance excellence and professional growth.
- Process Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end Record to Report processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Month-End Close & Reporting: Ensure smooth and timely month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other finance teams (OtC, PtP) and business units to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for senior management and external auditors on RTR-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Record to Report (RtR) processes, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Systems Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Language Skills: Communicative level of English (B2); French would be a plus.
- Finance Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
- Mindset: Analytical, solution-oriented thinker with a proactive approach to process improvements.
