Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for driving process improvements? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GL Accountant with French to join dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing general ledger activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the efficiency of our accounting operations..Join my client’s team, where you’ll be a key player in building new financial structures, overseeing accounting processes in a fast-growing SSC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close & Reporting: Execute end-to-end month-end close processes and prepare financial reports using Tagetik.
• General Ledger Management: Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and manage fixed assets accounting.
• Cash Flow Control: Monitor bank balances, forecast cash flows, and manage bank guarantees.
• Collaboration with OtC Team: Coordinate selected Order to Cash processes tailored to business needs.
• Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for optimization, implement innovative solutions, and enhance accounting processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (RtR) or General Ledger accounting.
• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP is essential.
• Language Skills: Communicative level of English (B2) and French.
• Accounting Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Mindset: Proactive, analytical thinker with a drive to implement improvements and contribute to process development.
