Your new company 

For our client, a technology company located in Gdańsk, we are looking for a person dealing with data administration. The company is a Shared Service Center with Japanese roots.

Your new role 

The person we find should be someone who will be able to execute administration processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to meet all customer requirements. 

More importantly you will be responsible for the following: 

• Carry out the process of creation and amendment of customer accounts and data therein to maintain the integrity of customer accounts to agreed SLAs
• Ensure customer account structures meet all legal parameters and internal requirements for accurate transactional processing
• Ensure all data requests are carried out on a timely basis
• Ensure all allocated queries & tickets resolution are managed ensuring quality and quick response to customers and departmental members
• Help to identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance

What you39ll need to succeed 

In order to be successful in this position you need to be focused on result and solution oriented. Moreover attention to detail is highly required.
Communicative English is a must as well as ability to work independently and self-motivation.
