We are looking for an IT Recruiter on part-time basic.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through innovative methods and networking channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture, values, and employer brand to prospective candidates.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role in IT
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Work experience in a multicultural environment is nice to have.
  • English level is upper-intermediate, Polish level - advanced/native.
