Opis stanowiska
- Identify and secure new locations in shopping centers and on the streets of Poland, specifically in Krakow and Katowice regions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for new store locations.
- Assess the technical requirements for each new store site.
- Oversee the construction process for new stores, managing the construction team.
- Handle operational tasks, such as hiring cleaning personnel, contracting cash collection services, and establishing security agreements.

- Proven experience in scouting real estate opportunities.
- Solid understanding of local commercial real estate.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Project management experience, particularly in the retail sector.
- Experience in expanding a retail network, with responsibility for increasing the number of store locations.
