For an international insurance company, we are recruiting for the position of:
Team Manager – Insurance Operations with French and English
Location: Wrocław (hybrid model)
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the insurance policy service area in French-speaking countries
• Supporting underwriters/corporate and affluent client advisors
• Managing a structure of 25-30 people, consisting of 2-3 teams led by team leaders
• Ensuring high-quality services and compliance with processes and procedures
• Collaborating with teams supporting the Italian and Spanish markets
• Interacting with unique clients and their representatives
• Contacting and negotiating with stakeholders from other departments, including management
• Initiating improvement actions
• Engaging in team and company-wide projects
• Collaborating within internal structures – locally in Poland and internationally

The company expects:

• Experience in managing a team of at least a dozen people, gained in the financial industry or consulting or call centre/foreign customer service – insurance industry experience is a plus
• High managerial competencies
• Proficiency in French and English at a very good level in both spoken and written form (minimum C1) – knowledge of Polish is not required
• Experience in working with stakeholders
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and the ability to develop solutions and improvements
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking skills, data processing, attention to detail
• Very good work organisation
