Supply Planner

For one of our FMCG sector clients, we are currently looking for a Supply Planner
The person in this position will be responsible for:

• Supply planning within the supply chain function
• Creating supply plans in SAP, meeting all requirements (including operational capabilities, financial requirements, OTIF)
• Collaborating with teams: demand planners, supply planners, sales, finance to create demand reports and demand forecasts; managing clients
• Checking the correctness of orders in the system to ensure they are accurate and in line with the production schedule
• Creating supply plans and dispatching materials
• Inventory control, managing ageing products; optimising risk of losses

Requirements:

• Relevant education
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in supply planning, inventory optimisation, team collaboration
• Experience in production demand planning to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Experience in inventory management, ability to verify quantities, stock control
• Decision-making skills, analytical skills, team collaboration
• Communication skills, multitasking, ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Willingness to work from 8 - 4pm or 9 - 5pm
