2nd line Technical Support Specialist
(Specjalista ds. Pomocy Technicznej drugiej linii)

Requirements:

Technical background
* Practical knowledge of current Microsoft desktop operating systems
and applications;
* Practical knowledge of current Microsoft server operating systems;
* In depth knowledge of current development in computer
technologies;
* Microsoft certificate ( MCDST, MCITP, etc.) will be an asset;
* Knowledge of various programming languages along with the ability to
implement them will be an asset.
Communication skills
* Perfect Polish, spoken and written;
* Very good knowledge of English;
* Excellent client-facing qualification - correct communication in
tone and style for each situation;
* Experience in phone-support position or any other job involving
supporting customers.
Personal characteristics
* Friendly and pleasant personality, good interpersonal abilities;
* Ability to work within the team with certain degree of independence;
* Effective learning skills.

Responsibilities:
* Solving software problems over the phone;
* Creating technical documentation.
