    Function purpose:
    o Work with country business to deliver complete business requirements
    o Involve in all projects activities till implementation and ensure

    o Manage the country business initiatives and communication Function
    description:

    To work closely with the country businesses in the region to help them
    assess the technology needs and to translate those to projects/
    deliverables and follow-up on the execution within planned time, cost
    and quality norms. To be the first point of contact for all business
    needs and responsible for the effective solution delivery for the
    country.
    Key tasks:
    o Work with the business to deliver standard technology solutions that
    are in line with the business goals and objectives, which is
    consistent with long-term strategic objectives of the region
    o Organize and coordinate with the technical team for project
    implementation
    o Supervise project activities to ensure the quality, timeliness and
    ensure that the project is within budget
    o Anticipate and address project issues, and escalate them when
    necessary
    o Participate in managing the resources for countries BAU allocation
    o Assist in reviewing budget with respective country
    o Ensure that proper business requirements are delivered according to
    approved project schedule and that the quality has been met or
    exceeded the expectations
    o Ensure that the country develop a comprehensive test plan and
    provide test cases to ensure the functionality of the enhancements
    meet the business requirements
    o Ensure that all in-country logistics for project delivery (training,
    UAT, change management) are properly executed by the business and
    other counterparts within ATO
    o Ensure that the status is clearly communicated in a timely manner
    and risks are escalated as appropriate to prevent delays
    o Act as first point of contact for countries on business initiatives
    and BAU enhancement requests and any concerns
    o Manage effective customer relationship and ensure customer
    satisfaction
    o Participate in all control and audit aspects of the project in
    conjunction with the business.
    o Work closely with the business/vendors to ensure full compliance and
    audit readiness
    o Adhere to SQA policy and processes
    o Engage in the hiring process to recruit the right people for any
    given position
    o The following tasks are applicable if the role entails people
    management responsibilities:
    o Supervise assigned staff; provide guidance and advice
    o Motivate staff to raise performance bar by setting performance
    objectives, providing performance feedback and carrying out appraisal
    process
    o Develop assigned staffs to evoke their potential through training
    and development
    o Enhance employee engagement
    o Manage staffs' performance (where applicable).

    Knowledge / experience:

    Experience: 4 + Years (2+ managerial capacity)
    Industry Type: IT-Software/ Software Services

    Skills:

    o Effective communication, negotiation and relationship building
    skills
    o Good knowledge in project management methodology and tools,
    especially in the areas of planning, tracking and issue resolution.
    o Be adaptive to change and facilitating change at times
    o Good banking or card products knowledge
    o Strong inter-personal skills, to be able to liaison with multiple
    groups and manage their deliverables as a part of the bigger project.
    o Good knowledge of control and compliance policies with respect to
    the RM role
    o Strong understanding of SDLC phases and deliverables
    o Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
    o Good problem resolution skills, ability to analyze problem reasons
    and troubleshoot
    o Significant experience in sizing, planning, organizing, tracking and
    execution
    o Knowledge in cost controlling and financial implications
    o Ability to conduct an effective meeting

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor Degree or above (BA, BS)
