Function description:
Function purpose:
o Support project management BAU
o Manage project activities
o Adhere to the Citigroup's compliance standards and ensure compliance
in the regional coverage Function description:
To ensure that the project is executed within planned time, cost and
quality norms by ensuring effective utilization of the allocated
resource.
Key tasks:
o Assist in project feasibility studies, cost and benefit analysis and
support in the project dealings especially on coordination,
monitoring, tracking and follow up.
o Assist in establishing detailed project plans and time frames and
preparing project SDLC deliverables.
o Follow up on items/tasks to ensure timely closure.
o Prepare routine project communications to ATO teams to ensure all
are updated.
o Alert and escalate long outstanding project issues or items for
mitigation actions and close liaison with all the involved parties.
o Prepare periodic project status report (weekly/ monthly).
o Provide cutover plan and user support during critical phases of the
implementation plan.
o Execute other responsibilities assigned by supervisor from time to
time.
o Support post-live production till proper handover to BAU RM.
o Follow guidelines and regulations to ensure full compliance.
o Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire
project team
o Allocation and review/monitor tasks for the team
o Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the
project
o Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and
standards

Skills:
o Good knowledge and hands-on experience in project management
o Strong exposure in project planning and execution.
o Significant experience in sizing, planning, organizing, tracking and
execution activities
o Good knowledge in gathering, analyzing and documenting business
requirements
o Understand the importance of teamwork and basic knowledge of
effective team working
o Good knowledge in allocating time and prioritizing tasks
o Good understanding in SDLC deliverables
o Banking or card products knowledge is desirable
o Exposure to control and compliance policies with respect to the PM
role
o Effective communication and presentation skills
o Be adaptive to change and facilitating change at times
o Good problem resolution skills, ability to analyze problem reasons
and troubleshoot
o Understanding of domain knowledge is an added advantage
o Understanding of project management methodology and tools is
desirable though not mandatory
Qualifications:
