Job description

A broad role in which you represent the interests of different parties; flex worker, customer and PrismaWorx. The main focus in this position is to manage the employees and the pool of employees. Our employees carry out their work and are mainly migrant workers. Our customers is a diverse group in, mainly, the poultry industry. Depending on your experience, you will be also responsible for managing the relationship with the customer

Tasks

Managing (direct) employees

• Responsible for directing, instructing, motivating and assessing employees;
• Responsible for optimal onboarding of new employees;
• You are the first point of contact for the employees who work for your customer; This applies to all work-related questions such as the work itself, the hours and the compensation.
• Monitors employees' compliance with customer guidelines;
• Is aware of excesses that arise in the operation and resolves them independently;
• Addresses employees about their objectives and responsibilities and helps them to achieve them.
• Submitting recruitment questions;
• Administration of the employee pool by leaving, vacations, absence, etc.

Pool management

• You submit recruitment questions in a timely manner, so that you always have sufficient employees available;
• Analyzes team performance and implements improvements where possible;
• You keep an absence schedule (in MSF) and you assess the leave requests in consultation with planning and you anticipate this;
• You report on the phases of the contracts and make proposals to ensure continuity.
• Ensures that the outflow is handled correctly and transferred correctly to the other stakeholders.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is a plus;
• Knowledge of different languages is a big plus, English and Dutch is required;
• Very strong communication skills with a positive drive;
• Creative problem solving ability, a team player;
• Always looking for opportunities to optimize service, both towards the customer and towards the employee.
