Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:
- Ensuring the implementation of sale strategies, managing 2 stores;
- Analyzing retail processes, ensuring efficient operations, searching for and implementing new solutions;
- Planning and managing the sales budget;
- Analyzing product assortment, pricing, and services offered, initiating and implementing changes, and fostering teamwork with managed departments;
- Improving customer satisfaction metrics;
- Monitoring the long-term and short-term goals, performance evaluation indicators (KPIs) set for subordinate employees, motivating them, and controlling implementation to increase sales and improve efficiency;
- Preparing and approving work schedules for subordinate employees.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- At least 1 year of experience in organizing sales operations;
- Knowleges of Russian and English languages is an advantage;
- Strategic thinking and the ability to take responsibility not only for personal results but also for the entire team's outcomes;
- Ability to identify key critical points and solve them;
- Ability to listen, engage in reasoned discussions, and work in a team;
- Ability to be mobile and flexible with working hours;
- Category B driver's license.

- From €1,500/month after taxes
- The base salary depends on the competencies possessed + a bonus, which is paid monthly upon achieving set goals. The minimum bonus amount is 15% of the agreed salary amount.
