We are seeking a Digital Specialist to drive our employer brand through strategic email marketing, website management, and targeted advertising campaigns. In this role, you will prioritize crafting engaging email campaigns, maintaining an optimized career site, and managing impactful Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical skills, creativity, and an analytical mindset to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead the management and optimization of the corporate career website to effectively showcase vacancies, courses, and events.
- Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns to engage potential candidates and promote company initiatives.
- Plan, launch, and manage targeted Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including recruiters, training teams, event organizers, and the marketing team, to align strategies and deliver cohesive employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics across email, website, and advertising campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.
- Conduct competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in employer branding.
- Apply basic SEO techniques to improve the website’s search rankings and user experience.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Proven experience in email marketing, website management, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email campaign platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, interpret, and act on campaign success metrics.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web optimization techniques.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including recruiters, designers, and marketers.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with employer branding trends and best practices (preferred).
