Customer Service Specialist with English

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will join our client – a production company located in Poznań. 
Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately in the SAP system, ensuring compliance with existing contracts.
• Manage customer data and pricing information in SAP.
• Handle customer complaints and take ownership of resolving issues promptly.
• Process credit/debit notes related to bonuses, claims, and commissions.
• Coordinate product returns from customers or local warehouses.
• Oversee customer consignment stocks.
• Enforce credit limits and follow collection procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, order fulfillment, production, and other company departments.

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP knowledge will be an asset.
• Import/Export knowledge.
• Self-motivated.
• Fluent English.
