AP Accountant with German

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Junior Specialist/Specialist who will join our client - an international production company based in Poznan.
Tasks:

• You will check, assign and post supplier invoices and credit memos as well as recurring documents and debit notes using SAP.
• You will create and process supplier payments and manage guarantees.
• You will be responsible for maintaining, reconciling and clarifying supplier accounts as well as vendor master data.
• You will be responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities, prepare business evaluations, variance analyses and assist with ad-hoc analyses and reports.
• You will contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• You will perform other duties as required within AP process.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields.
• More than two years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Proficiency in German and English.
• SAP knowledge is a must-have.
• Good communication skills, being a team player and enjoying working within an international environment.
