Job Tasks:

• Lead the implementation and execution of new liquidity initiatives
• Create desktop procedures, process narratives and standard operating procedures
• Assess and mitigate the potential impact on the current processes
• Centralize reporting, forecasting & analysis to ensure operational performance and actions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement working capital improvements projects, driving process efficiencies and maximizing cash flow
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting metrics and performance
• Establish and monitor internal controls
• Lead discussions with internal and external partners on topics related
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution
• Hands on to keep the process running

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience with similar duties (experience as a business and financial analyst with experience in supporting the processes of optimization strategies or the company's financial liquidity)
• Master degree – (required) 
• Master degree in Economy/ Finance – (preferred) 
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Experience with factoring and reverse factoring solutions implementations
• Advanced SAP and Excel
• Must have a big picture thinking/ creative problem solving with ability to identify roadblocks and connect the dots.
• Must be able to deliver without closer supervision.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
