Tax Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate VAT returns to Tax Authorities.
• Coordinate with external providers for CIT and CIT-related reporting.
• Complete all VAT and CIT-related accounting activities essential for TAX returns, including transaction data control checks and tax documentation reviews to identify and correct errors.
• Perform reviews of VAT registers and prepare Intrastat and ECSL/ECPL reporting.
• Reconcile VAT, Intrastat, and ECSL/ECPL reporting data.
• Conduct selected statistical, customs, and excise reporting.
• Provide assistance during tax audits and statutory audits.
• Analyze TAX balance sheet accounts.
• Perform VAT probability checks.
• Archive all submitted returns/reports and correspondence with the authorities.
• Initiate ideas to improve tax-related processes.

Our Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax department within an international company.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.
• Experience in VAT and/or CIT is advantageous.
• Fast learner with strong analytical skills.
