Our client is a dynamically developing organization with a stable presence on European markets. For a newly created position in the group, we are looking for a Senior Controller who will cooperate closely with internal departments (mainly IT/Technology) and will be exposed to regional cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Performance management of one of international markets (group function) 
• Budgeting and forecasting for international markets (group function) 
• Monthly and yearly management reporting for international markets (group function) 
• Control over operating and capital expenditures, including capitalization 
• Recommending changes in polices or procedures that will improve financial performance 
• Business partnering to CFO and CIO 
• Supporting markets in their responsibilities towards Group 
• Participating in development and implementation of new role of International Controlling post ERP launch both for international markets and Poland. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in regional role in a multinational organization 
• Proven track record in business partnering roles to business and/or senior management, especially in IT/Technology field 
• Strong data skills with ability to design and implement reporting systems 
• Result orientation coupled with ability to manage multiple priorities; 
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; 
• Willingness to constantly learn and face new challenges; 
• Assertiveness, independence at work and in decision making processes; 
• Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment 
• Ownership capabilities
