Senior DevOps Engineer (CoE, Hybrid work model from Warsaw)

We are on the lookout for a Senior DevOps Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and upkeep of our DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and a proven history of successfully managing and deploying cloud-based architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless and reliable delivery of software applications.

Responsibilities:

CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
AWS Cloud Architectures: Develop and implement robust and scalable AWS cloud architectures, utilizing your expertise in AWS services.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members.
Collaboration: Work with development teams to optimize build and release processes for various services.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage IaC using tools like Terraform.
Cloud Solutions: Manage and optimize IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions, ensuring top-notch security, efficiency, and performance.
Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed solution plans, blueprints, and documentation for cloud-based architectures and infrastructure.
System Performance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
Security Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices for security and compliance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor39s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Over 5 years in DevOps or related engineering roles.
Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Containerization: Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
IaC Tools: Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certifications) are a plus.
Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Spanish is desirable.
