For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
SAP FICO Consultant / Pre-sales Specialist
Location: hybrid / WarsawBranch: project in IT sectorJob type: B2B Length: long-term cooperationRate: 180-220 PLN/h (net + vat) on B2BStart date: ASAPWorking hours: Standard Business working hoursHybrid work: hybrid model twice a week (office in Warsaw)Methodology: Scrum

Tech stack (knowledge):SAP FICO / SAP SD/MM, SAP S/4Hana
Project:In this role, you will collaborate with customers to identify their needs, propose tailored SAP FICO solutions, and demonstrate the value of our services. This position combines technical skills with business development, focusing on successful project delivery and building strong customer relationships
What will you do:

• Preparing proposals
• Analyse business needs and propose SAP FICO solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Deliver presales presentations, demonstrations, and tailored proposals
• Actively manage technical and sales components of SAP project proposals
• Provide expertise in SAP FICO processes and Polish localization solutions (e.g., KSeF, JPK, split payment)
• Support cloud and on-premise S/4HANA implementations and conversion projects
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in SAP FICO consulting and presales activities
• Knowledge of Polish localization solutions and regulations
• Strong network within SAP Poland/CEE and understanding of regional business environments
• Experience with public/private cloud and S/4HANA projects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus

What would be a plus:

• SAP FICO certifications and familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies
• Experience with CEE/DACH localization needs and business practices
