For our client we are looking for RtR Manager in  Warsaw Hub to lead and optimize RtR operations. This role involves the implementation of standardized accounting practices, data improvements, and overseeing compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with our Center of Excellence and IT to advance processes, while supporting the professional growth of the RtR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardization and Rollout: Implement and oversee group-wide standards in the fixed asset ledger and RtR processes, 
• Process Optimization: Identify and lead data and process improvements, working actively with the IT team.
• Training and Compliance: Ensure team proficiency in SAP, controlling, and accounting standards, while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Leadership and Development: Manage the RtR team, focusing on development, performance, and quality of all operational closing activities.
• Audit Readiness: Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits for the Warsaw Hub, ensuring full compliance.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Economics, Finance, or Controlling.
• Several years of experience in Finance; leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP, with expertise in Controlling and Accounting.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes and cross-functional knowledge.
• Assertive, service-oriented, and able to work across cultures with fluency in English.
