Reporting and Consolidation Leader

We are looking for Reporting and Consolidation Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the consolidation of 38 legal entities in 34 countries (IFRS compliance).
• Oversee data collection, validation, and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Lead and develop the Finance Operations team.
• Drive finance transformation and process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments for continuous process improvements.
• Provide accurate financial information and analysis to stakeholders.
• Develop guidelines and policies for accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years in a senior finance role
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 
• Strong foundation in IFRS financial accounting principles.
• Experience in financial reporting, process optimization, and automation.
• Familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools.
• Expertise in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
