You will be responsible for managing IT operations in the region, focusing on implementing and developing IT solutions for key clients across various logistics sectors, including automotive and pharmaceuticals.
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating IT activities in the region, managing IT operations and budgets, and developing IT strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with business teams and external stakeholders at the senior management level, as well as leading and supporting efforts to enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation.
This position is essential for ensuring high-quality IT services, fostering innovation, and advancing client accounts within the DHL Lead Logistics Partner sector.
What will we do together?
- Strategic regional leadership.
- IT Service, IT Supplier and IT Product Management.
- IT Implementation: Supporting/leading the design and delivery of IT solutions, services, and processes.
- IT Change Management: Supporting and managing change and release management for IT systems.
- IT Business Development: Supporting business development activities for new opportunities and renewals.
- Customer Relationships: Managing and coordinating relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Training and Documentation: Defining requirements and facilitating the creation and maintenance of IT documentation.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- 8 years of IT experience and demonstrated people management skills.
- 5 years Minimum logistics experience.
- Experience in complex transport and warehouse operations.
- English – fluent.
- Familiarity with Oracle Transportation Management (desirable).
- End-to-end supply chain experience (desirable).
- Multi country leadership.
