For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Oracle Database Specialist

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Type of work: 100% remote

Length: first contract for 12 months with possible to extend
Rate: 130–160 PLN/h net on B2B (depends on seniority)
Start date: 01.05.2025

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an Oracle Database specialist with advanced knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL for a project with several years of history, whose task will be:

• Learning and fluent navigation of database schemas, structures, procedures, jobs, db links, etc. (data pool schema)
• Analytical support of business logic implemented in database
• Implementing and acting as DB support for development
• Handling database tickets (bugs, epics, stories) and requests related to supported applications
• Responding to incidents reported by users
• Introducing improvements and optimising SQL, PL-SQL queries and scripts
• Direct cooperation with the client39s DB specialist and the client39s DBA team

Requirements:

• Knowledge of: Oracle, PL-SQL
• Around 10 years of experience in a relevant position
• Query Optimisation
• Oracle Database Administration
• Familiarity with Oracle Tools
• Understanding Oracle Database Architecture
• Fluent English
