Join Dynamic Team of our Client as a Marketing Manager

Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional ready to take on new challenges? We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Profesionnal to join marketing team of our Client, Europeanan Consumer Goods company developing their brand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Charge: Coordinate and oversee all activities within the marketing department.Financial Maestro: Handle budgeting and financial oversight for departmental tasks.
• Design: Engage in graphic design and creative project work.
• Create and manage websites for both Polish and international audiences.
• Work closely with agencies to drive campaigns forward.
• Plan and execute exciting online trade shows.
• Negotiate and manage orders for department projects.
• Moderate and analyze all social media channels.
• Develop, coordinate, execute, and analyze impactful marketing campaigns.
• Organize, coordinate, execute, and analyze professional photoshoots.
• Coordinate, communicate, and produce engaging content for our trade partners and sales team.

What You Bring:

• Experience: At least 5 years in a marketing role, ideally in small/medium-sized company. Experience in managing a team will be an asset.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
• Project Management: Proven success in managing marketing projects and campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedInAds.
• Creative Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
• Technical Know-How: Familiarity with CMS, WordPress, and Presta Shop.
• Language Skills: Good command of English.
