For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
IT Business AnalystLocation: hybrid, 3 days from office in Warsaw Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 monthsStart date: ASAP
Tech stack: REST, SOAP, BPMN/UML
Responsibilities:

• Designing end-to-end customer journey for new and existing features and products
• Cooperating within the team / squad with Product Owner, business representatives and programmers
• Close cooperation with business stakeholders in Go to market topics
• Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional designs and/or processes
• Driving business processes analysis – collecting requirements and aligning the solution with the squad and core stakeholders
• Creating and managing analytical documentation using existing tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Ensuring the quality of products by supporting acceptance tests and implementation of the solution
• Experience troubleshooting and contributing to the delivery of holistic resolutions to complex technical requirements

What we expect from you:

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks
• Deep knowledge and interest in mobile application- technologies and market trends
• Initiative, ability to work on your own and make decisions
• Experience in defining & documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Practical knowledge and ability to make designs using BPMN
• Basic knowledge of API (SOAP, REST)
• You are open and communicative, accurate, patient and determined

Nice To Have:Knowledge and ability to visualize analysis into readable diagrams using UML notation (Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases)
