For one of our client, international company, we are looking for an IT Applications Administrator with focus on Jira administration. The role is hybrid with office in Warsaw (centre).
Responsibilities: 

• Application management: installation, configuration and upgrading application, monitoring of application performance and availability, manage user access rights.
• Optimization and Improvements: identifying and implementing improvements in application performance, analysis of logs and reports to detect potential problems, collaboration with development teams to implement new features and updates.
• Providing technical support within managed business applications: resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, diagnosing and fixing errors and performance problems.
• Database management: administration of databases related to applications, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies, performing backups and data recovery when necessary.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in administering Business Applications, 
• Experience in Jira administration, nice to have: ERP and CRM administration experience
• Basic front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) and back-end developer (C#) knowledge will be an asset.
• Fluent English
