Interim Administrative Assistant in HR and Corporate Services DivisionMiejsce pracy: WarszawaResponsibilities:
- Providing administrative support in general administrative procedures
- Supporting document flows and archiving
- Providing assistance in drafting reports in areas related to Frontex activities
- Carrying out data entry and monitoring electronic databases
- Assisting in the organisational matters, such as handling correspondence, arranging online and physical meetings and performing other basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A university degree in administration, business management, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in document management, including archiving and handling correspondence
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with electronic databases
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
