Currently, for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:
Genesys Consultant/Developer
Mode: hybrid (2 days on-site)Location: Warsaw 
Contract type: B2B contract through Hays Poland 
Rate: 160 net/h + VAT 
Working hours: standard

Technology stack: Genesys, NICE, IVR, Java 

Responsibilities:

• Creating and optimizing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flows in the Genesys system
• Configuring and managing the NICE call recording system
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Genesys and NICE systems
• Working closely with IT, operations, and business teams to understand and meet requirements 
• Developing and maintaining scripts and applications supporting Genesys and NICE systems.
• Integrating external applications and services using Java
