For our client, an international company rapidly expanding in the Polish market, we are looking for a Finance Manager. This function is a new role within the Polish branch, focused on operational work related to managing the finances of the assigned area, as well as overseeing the work of the accounting team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the profit and loss account for the Polish market,
• Overseeing the work of the accounting department, led by the Chief Accountant,
• Conducting financial performance analysis in relation to long-term financial and operational goals, budget, and forecasts,
• Overseeing planning processes,
• Implementing and optimizing controlling processes,
• Ensuring appropriate internal controls in compliance with company policy,
• Reporting financial results to the corporate headquarters,
• Collaborating on the implementation of the ERP system,
• Participating in the preparation of the annual financial statement.

Required qualifications and experience:

• University's degree in Finance or Economics,
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance and Controlling functions,  
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial accounting and controlling areas,
• Leadership/people management skills,
• Experience of using ERP’s system,
• Proficient in English,
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently.
