Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide customers with current information about their orders, status updates, shipping details and tracking information
- Handle and process purchase orders (POs)
- Manage complaints and escalations
- Cooperate with internal teams such as sales and logistics
- Customer Service experience - 2-4 years
- English - B2-C1
- Polish - B2-C1
- French - B2-C1
- SAP / ERP system experience
- Order Management experience
- Life Sciences background
- Hybrid work in WARSAW office (3:2)
- Working within an international company
- Employment contract with our client
