Your tasks:
- Handling incoming calls and email correspondence in Italian;
- Providing information for passengers regarding flights schedules;
- Handling outbound calls related to schedule changes or other airline issues;
- Supporting passengers at every stage of their journey;
- Supporting passengers with their special needs;
- Handling the airline's customer complaints process.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Italian language at B2 level or higher;
- Knowledge of the Polish language at the communication level (necessary to take part in the implementation);
- Communication skills;
- Ability to work under the pressure and look for solutions;
- Availability for a minimum of 100h during project working hours (the project works Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm);
- Accuracy in performing assigned tasks.
