Your new role 

As a Calypso Solution Designer, you will operate within both agile and non-agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate effectively across various organizational levels. You will engage in multiple projects, aiming to deliver value to customers in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative manner. 

Tasks:

• Design complex technical and functional solutions.
• IT Functional Lead for the project.
• Responsible for gathering user requirements and determining Calypso functional solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal team using a servant leadership style, leading by example, and supporting coordination on the IT side.
• Monitor project progress, developments, dependencies, and execution of work lines.
• Lead collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, other IT teams).
