For our Client - international leader in Construction & Engineering - we are looking for an experienced proffessional to join Warsaw branch.

Business Development ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conducting business development activities in line with the company's strategies and business plan.
• Conducting market research and analysis of projects, as well as other companies in terms of potential cooperation in Poland.
• Developing company development plans in line with the company's type and values
• Coordinating activities related to tender requirements, which are based on public procurement law.
• Preparing necessary reports and minutes of meetings for internal and external reporting purposes
• Taking business trips related to the activities in a given position
• Maintaining organized departmental documentation (in paper and electronic format)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• At least 7 years working as a Business Development Manager/Specialist or in a related role
• Good knowledge of Polish and CEE construction market and proven business development and public procurement tender track record in such markets
• High interest working for a top international contractor
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to work in multiple work streams (when required)
• Proficiency in English and Polish
