For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Data Analyst
Location: SzczecinRate: 100-140 pln/h + VATBranch: ManufacturingJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term, first contract for at least 6 monthsStart date: May/June Remote work: 2 days remote per weekMethodology: Scrum
TECH STACK: Power BI dashboards, Microsoft fabric, C#, Python, SQL, data modelling, database management, data integration, data modelling, data governance Responsibilities

Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into data models and visualizations.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous validation and testing.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
Continuously explore new sources and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

What we expect:

Minimum 2 years of experience as Data Developer or similar
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Data Modeling
2-3 days a week at client location
Advanced knowledge of English in speech and writing
