Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts receivable transactions
• Ensuring accurate credit control
• Timely processing and responding to customer inquiries
• Regular account reviews
• Building and maintaining good relationships with foreign clients to help settle overdue payments
• Ongoing work with internal and external clients to provide the highest quality service

Requirements:

• Dutch - B2/C1
• English - B2/C1
• Microsoft Excel
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in Customer Service (corporate) / Accounting / Logistics

Nice to have / An asset

• Polish - B2/C1
• SAP experience
• Order To Cash processes knowledge
