For one of our clients in the FMCG sector, we are looking for an experienced individual for the position of Quality Assurance Manager a very good command of English is essential, as well as experience in a similar position in the food industry.

Your responsibilities :

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation
Creating and implementing quality standards and procedures
Ensuring timely release of raw materials, packaging for production, and finished products for sale
Analyzing quality defects and implementing corrective action plans
Overseeing the validation process of testing methods and equipment
Managing the team; overseeing the budget related to quality testing

Our expectations :

Higher education: food technology or related fields
Experience in a similar position in the food sector - minimum 3 years
Experience in team management
Ability to think analytically, make quick decisions, and be result-oriented
Willingness to work in the factory from Monday to Friday
