Maintenance Technician

For our Partner operating in Belgium we are looking for a person for the position of Maintenance Technician.

Place of work: Gand (Belgium)

We offer:

• employment based on a Belgian employment contract for 1 year
• remuneration from 24,59 €/h gross (2700 € net/MSC for I and II shift, night shift 3000 € net/MSC)
• accommodation provided by the agency: €500 - €600 per single room
• bicycle rental for commuting to work 5 €/week
• some 38 hours of work per week
• work from Monday to Friday in a three-shift system (5:15-13:30, 13:30-21:30, 21:30-5:15)
• bonus +11% for work on the first and second shifts, +26% for work on the night shift
• meal vouchers: 6 euro/working day

Responsibilities:

• analyzing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, PLC, and other automation systems
• Improving production facilities to increase productivity, quality, and reliability
• performing preventive and corrective maintenance work to prevent failures
• identifying, repairing, or replacing faulty systems or components, such as sensors and motors
• working as a team with other technicians on new installations, processes, and vehicle models

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

Requirements:

• technical or vocational education in energy technology, electromechanics, or a similar field
• communicative knowledge of English at the B2-C1 level
• willingness to work in the 3rd shift system
• knowledge of automatic production lines and PLC-controlled machines (e.g. Siemens TiA, ABB, SattLine)
• practical understanding of the automotive industry
• ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
