Junior Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in English, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:

• Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service
• Language: Fluent English
• Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work)
• Equipment Pickup: First day in Gdynia or Wrocław
• Salary: 5500 – 6500 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Handle incoming calls from UK customers, with occasional outgoing calls
• Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
