We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Master Data Associate to join our A2R team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial master data, while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all financial systems. This role is crucial for supporting our financial operations and providing reliable data for decision-making processes.

 

Specifically, you will:

• Create, maintain, and update financial master data including general ledger accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and other relevant financial data.
• Enforce data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes to financial master data.
• Participate in projects and analyses related to automation, digitalization, centralization, and standardization of Intercompany processes.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• You have 1-2 years of professional experience within Finance, Accounting or IT.
• You have good knowledge of SAP system (Finance).
• You have strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
• You enjoy building positive relationship with stakeholders and within the team.
• You are able to work under time pressure in challenging and changeable environment.

• Completed educational background in Accountancy/Finance/IT (or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (VBA as an advantage).
• Knowledge of Analysis for Office as an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Query, PowerPivot, Power Automate as an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
