Job Tasks:

• Production and strategic management:
  • Translating strategic goals into concrete operational goals for the area
  • Ensuring the attainment of production targets and the achievement of section objectives (KPIs)
  • Monitoring of the production process according to the applicable indicators
  • Building a vision for the development of the area
  • Providing proposals for savings and productivity projects for the Section
• Quality management:
  • Ensure all quality standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.) in the area
  • Continuous monitoring of the quality of the products manufactured
  • Overseeing the operation of food safety and quality procedures / instructions
  • Preparing sections for corporate and internal audits
  • Monitoring the performance of hygiene and quality audits
• Management of work safety:
  • Ensuring the working society in the area.
  • Continuous monitoring of health, safety and environmental standards
• Cost management:
  • Section budget management
  • Monitoring of raw materials, materials and fixed assets in the Section
  • Analysis of efficiency indicators and costs incurred - defining areas for improvement
  • Development and implementation of cost saving projects
• People management:
  • Team leadership with the servant leadership approach 
  • Ensuring the optimal composition of the team necessary to achieve the set production objectives
  • Leading by example following the CI/TPM mindset
  • Motivating the team as well as evaluation and development of employees
  • Monitoring the execution of tasks and indicators

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in manufacturing
• Proficient in improvement tools such as benchmarking, productivity cycles, problem solving, and more.
• An Msc. Degree is preferred, but not required
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Expertise in manufacturing optimization using CI/TPM methodology
• Fluent Polish and English language skills
• Strong communication, motivational, and listening skills, with the ability to lead ideas effectively
• Analytical and problem solving skills, strategic thinking abilities
