Our client is a global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Currently, we are looking for a talented TECHNICAL SUPPORT Specialist. In this position, you will collaborate with the sales department and service engineers. Your main goals are to match services with customer needs and business goals. Moreover, you will provide effective aid and backing to local representatives and their clients while following safety guidelines. The role is connected with travelling, mainly Europe.

 Your duties will include: 
- Identifying and resolving field-related issues. 
- Performing technical interventions when required. 
- Monitoring and tracking assistance cases. 
- Handling parts and product requirements. 
- Offering technical support to the sales team. 
- Managing customer complaints. 
- Verifying warranty terms. 
- Conducting product training. 
- Keeping up with product development and changes. 
- Updating training materials. 
- Communicating product updates. 
- Arranging facilities as necessary. 
- Handling technical disputes. 

The qualifications needed for this role include: 
- At least 3 years of experience in related fields. 
- Knowledge in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Mechanics. 
- Certification in electrical, electronics, mechanics, and electro-technical fields. 
- Proficiency in English. 
 Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. 
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills. 
- Ability to read plans and diagrams. 
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite. 
- Willingness to travel abroad, requiring a valid driving licence.
