Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:
- Assisting customers with technical problems related to ATM service.
- Responding to calls and complaints, providing technical and factual support.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Knowledge of Dutch at C1/C2 level - communicating freely with foreign customers is essential.
- Communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
- Responsibility, conscientiousness and willingness to learn new skills.
