Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• 1+ months of experience in customer service, preferably in the sports or apparel industry.
• Time flexibility and availability of 40 hours per week at different times of the day, including weekends (shift work).
• Knowledge of the store's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tools to interpret them to increase sales.
• Advanced customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to be a team player, work under time pressure, willingness to learn and curiosity.
• Very good knowledge of the Polish language.
