For our client, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Senior Backend Engineer (C#)

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: till 160 PLN/h net on B2B
English: C1
Start date: 1 month
Hybrid model: 1 day form office per month (Warsaw)

Tech stack:C#, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes

What will you do:

Design and implement microservices solutions: Identify/document requirements, design solutions, identify risks/issues.
Decompose monolithic applications: Analyze, define boundaries, refactor, decouple, document.
Collaborate with backend/frontend teams: Define APIs, deliver functionality, align formats, integrate/test.
Optimize for performance/scalability: Analyze performance, refactor, scale, optimize, test.
Create documentation/conduct code reviews: Document architecture/setup, review code, provide feedback.
Support business requirements analysis: Collaborate with analysts, assess feasibility, break down tasks, review documentation.

What we expect from you:

5+ years strong C# programming skills
4+ years in designing/building microservices for large organizations
Bachelor39s in Software Engineering or related field
Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes
Expertise in microservices, orchestration/chorography (SAGA), Domain Driven Design
Develop, implement, maintain scalable microservices
Build/deploy high-quality APIs (REST/WebSockets)
Agile (Scrum) experience, team collaboration and mentorship
