Requirements:
- Seeking a senior level person with experience leading technical IT projects:
o On a large scale
o At an international level and with a complex structure
- Candidate must have strong communication skills with both C-level and functional consultants
- Candidate can handle adhoc situations and be a self-starter
- Candidate with a mature approach that will be problem-solving oriented
o Responsible attitude and focus on proving the project on time and budget
- Projects are conducted with Agile and Watterfall methodologies
Profile:
- Bachelor39s degree in computer science, economics or engineering is welcome
- 8 years of hands-on IT experience with a strong focus on SAP and other technologies related to project implementations and enhancements
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen to lead IT experts and senior management through change initiatives
- Hands-on, multiple, comprehensive project lifecycle experience for SAP and other business systems implementations
- Familiarity with standard SAP functionality (e.g. ERP, Hana, etc.) and custom development procedures
- Solid experience in leading Agile and Waterfall projects
- Leadership and coaching experience with teams of 5-10 IT and 10-30 key business users
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g. Prince, PMI, Scrum) is welcome
- Experience with CSV requirements and release management approaches
- Versatility in commonly used Project / ALM tools (Jira, Solman, etc.).
- Willingness to travel to different project locations (approx. 20-30% - client pays for travel)
Project outline and responsibilities:
- Working on several projects, e.g. are in the process of implementing SAP S/4HANA, opening new warehouses in Germany
Tasks:
- Planning, leading, budgeting and documenting various SAP enhancements and technology projects on a global road map
- Lead and be responsible for an agile and virtual project team of approximately 4-8 SAP project consultants located in Poland, North America and Asia
- Develop user stories and end-to-end processes with global and local POs
- Align standard solutions and global dependencies from an overall TCO perspective with the architecture team.
- Synchronize milestones and portfolio staffing capabilities with project managers, release management and SAP CC head
- Report project progress from a quality, scope, time and budget perspective to senior management on regular steering committees
- Transition ERP projects from the construction phase to the operational phase according to the methodology and through the ALM "Solution Manager" system.
- Train team members on project methodology and ensure adherence to standards
- Ensure adherence to authorisation and compliance processes in accordance with GRC requirements and policies (e.g., authorisation, GxP, etc.), providing audit support from a project performance perspective
- Prepare the team and system for the Hana S/4 upgrade
Team:
Several people in the team, working with people from Poland and other Sonova locations

- 2nd meeting - the candidate gets a business case a week before the second meeting to work on. It is an example of a project to be implemented. You can ask questions about the assignment. Meeting conducted in English - present SAP director from Switzerland + team
