PMO Lead Support
Work mode: remoteCompensation: 125- 165 PLN/h net (+ VAT) Contract type: B2B, through Hays Poland Availability: ASAPEnglish: C1
What you’ll be doing:
Will be responsible to provide full time support to Program Management Office (PMO) and PMO Manager on the following; 

• Establishing (improve existing) governance framework, ensure framework applied effectively 
• Responsible to manage board and opmechs as assigned in governance cadence 
• Facilitate planning, and tracking of timelines and milestones (using tools per governance framework) and KPIs 
• Program status reporting (per governance cadence), including KPIs 
• Develop and maintain program documentation and reports 
• Resource Man and onboarding – identifying and monitoring key performance indicators 
• Responsible for continuous improvement of governance framework, pulse surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Ensure to implement best practices and actions raised lessons learned
• Manage/maintain the Program repository of all deliverables, documentation, reports 
• Assist, provide support and guidance on PM processes, procedures, tools and techniques

Your experience and background:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO support/ PMO Management/ Project Coordinator
• Strong background in Agile

• Previous experience in insurance 
• Fluent English min. C1 level
• MS project – very nice to have
• Strong organization and communication skills
